5. No Attorney Referral Service; Consumer Choice
SafeNY is not a lawyer referral service. SafeNY does not recommend, endorse, rank, evaluate, or select attorneys on behalf of users. The appearance of any attorney or law firm through the Platform does not constitute an endorsement by SafeNY. Users remain free to consult with or retain any attorney of their choosing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent as permitted by law.
8. No Warranty / Data Provided "As Is"
The Platform and all content, including FMCSA public records, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SafeNY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and results.
