For Attorneys
Exclusive forensic-grade trucking leads from an independent FMCSA data bureau.
Stop buying shared auto web leads. SafeNY is an independent FMCSA data bureau. Every lead delivered to your CRM includes the victim's structured intake securely attached to the carrier's full federal forensic dossier — including OOS rates, 5-year crash and fatality totals, and filed insurance indicators. (Structured for ABA Model Rule 5.4 compliance).
Every figure is sourced from the public FMCSA record and refreshed monthly from the federal source — automated, not a hand-maintained list. Verify the analysis layer: methodology.
[ STATUS: 100% EXCLUSIVE · ONE FIRM PER STATE ]
Exclusive State Territory
Per delivered dossier — priced by tier from the reported severity and type of the matter (scaled to the federal insurance limits and case scale), not from any specific carrier’s record. Every lead still includes the carrier’s full federal record (USDOT, crash history, insurance) as evidence, at no price difference. Billed off-session only upon confirmed 200 OK delivery to your CRM.

Territory terms
- To start
- No deposit, no long-term commitment. Save a card — $0 is charged today; billing begins on your first delivered lead.
- Per lead
- Priced by tier — $2,000 injury · $4,000 death or catastrophic permanent injury · $8,000 passenger-carrier fatality. Charged only on confirmed CRM delivery.
- Invalid leads
- Replacement Guarantee — an objectively invalid lead, reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and verified, is replaced with your next valid lead at no charge (replacement, not refund).
- Exclusivity
- One firm per state (basis: crash state) — no deposit. Your exclusive hold stays as long as you actively receive and work leads; sustained inactivity (non-receipt / non-response) releases it and the state reopens to other firms.
When a lead is billable
You're charged the lead's tier price only when it is successfully delivered to your CRM (a logged HTTP 2xx response). Failed deliveries are never billed — we retry on a backoff, and you're charged only once the lead lands in your CRM. Replacement Guarantee: an objectively invalid lead (unreachable/wrong number, out-of-state, duplicate, or no actual injury — no physical harm or medical intervention reported), filed by email to operations@safeny.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and verified, is replaced with your next valid lead at no charge — a replacement, not a refund, tied to objective defects only, never to case outcome. Unreachable / wrong-number claims must include a log of at least three (3) call attempts placed at materially different times of day across at least 48 hours.
How a lead reaches your firm
- 1.A victim submits an intake via SafeNY, verified against the FMCSA carrier registry.
- 2.We attach the carrier dossier — USDOT, 24-month crash count, vehicle OOS rate vs national, insurance posture, and 5-year crash and fatality totals.
- 3.The lead — caller contact details plus the carrier dossier — is delivered to your CRM as a flat record (Lead Docket, Litify, Lawmatics — or any CRM via Zapier), with a forensic PDF and a SAFER verification link.
- 4.Stripe charges the lead's tier price to your card on file only after delivery is confirmed.
