Case Intake

Submit your case for review

SafeNY is an independent legal advertising network that connects trucking-accident victims with attorneys experienced in commercial vehicle litigation. SafeNY analyzes FMCSA federal records to surface carrier risk signals — including Bodily Injury & Property Damage (BIPD) insurance posture — and routes case submissions to participating law firms based on jurisdiction and case detail. SafeNY is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Frequently asked questions

Service-level answers covering how SafeNY operates and what happens after you submit. These mirror the structured-data FAQ block this page emits to search engines.

What happens after I submit this form?

Submitting the form on this page creates a timestamped record of your case at SafeNY. The submission is reviewed by participating attorneys licensed in the state you specified, and the response timeline is tier-routed: most submissions with a phone number plus TCPA consent receive contact within hours; phone-only submissions typically receive a callback within 1–2 business days; email-only submissions receive a response within 3–5 business days. SafeNY is an independent legal advertising network and does not select, recommend, or refer specific attorneys — whether and how a firm responds is determined independently by each firm. SafeNY is not a law firm. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is SafeNY a law firm?

SafeNY is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. SafeNY operates as an independent legal advertising network: it analyzes FMCSA federal trucking-carrier records to surface safety signals and routes case submissions to advertising law firms operating in the submitter's jurisdiction. Submitting a case to SafeNY does not create an attorney-client relationship with SafeNY or with any participating firm; any attorney-client relationship is formed separately, directly between you and the firm you choose to retain. SafeNY is not a law firm. This is general information, not legal advice.

Will my information be shared with attorneys?

Yes — by submitting the form you authorize SafeNY to make your case information available to independent advertising law firms operating in your jurisdiction. SafeNY is not a lawyer referral service and does not select specific attorneys for any individual case. If you elect the optional phone/SMS consent at submission time, participating firms may contact you by call or text at the number provided; without that consent, contact is limited to email. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing research@safeny.com. SafeNY is not a law firm. This is general information, not legal advice.

How does SafeNY fund its analytical work?

SafeNY is funded by advertising fees paid by participating law firms in exchange for case-routing access — the standard legal-advertising model permitted under ABA Model Rule 7.2 and the analogous state professional-conduct rules. SafeNY does not charge submitters for the intake form, the carrier analysis, or any downstream firm response. Advertising fees do not influence which carriers are analyzed or how risk signals are computed; the methodology pinned at /methodology is identical across all carriers regardless of any commercial relationship a participating firm may have with SafeNY. SafeNY is not a law firm. This is general information, not legal advice.

What kinds of cases does SafeNY route?

SafeNY routes commercial-vehicle trucking-accident cases to participating attorneys. Typical cases involve crashes with FMCSA-registered interstate motor carriers in the United States, including fatal and serious-injury collisions, multi-defendant claims involving freight brokers or shippers, and cases where the carrier's federal Bodily Injury & Property Damage (BIPD) insurance posture is materially below the statistical fatal-verdict reference range for the jurisdiction. SafeNY does not currently route non-commercial-vehicle cases, passenger-car-only collisions, or non-US matters. SafeNY is not a law firm. This is general information, not legal advice.
