Network Calibration Pilot
Q3 2026 Network Calibration Pilot
SafeNY is calibrating its FMCSA-derived intake pipeline with one plaintiff firm per state. Pilot partners receive structured trucking-case intakes — each with the carrier dossier (USDOT, FMCSA Compliance Index, BIPD posture, 5-year crash record) attached — at a fixed per-lead rate while the pipeline is tuned.

- · No dispute is filed and approved within 48 hours
Pilot terms
- Duration
- 90 days OR 10 qualified leads, whichever comes first
- Grace period
- Auto-extended once by 90 days if fewer than 10 leads at expiry
- Exclusivity
- One firm per state (basis: crash state)
- Renewal
- 30-day right of first refusal before the standard rate begins
- Refund
- Deposit refunded in full if no qualified leads are delivered within the pilot window — processed within 5 business days via the original Stripe payment method
The pilot rate reflects that the pipeline is being calibrated: partners help validate intake quality and routing during the window, which is why the per-lead rate sits below the post-pilot standard.

Common questions
What if I receive no leads in 90 days?
If fewer than 10 qualified leads have been delivered at the 90-day mark, the pilot is automatically extended once by an additional 90 days at the same rate.
What if a lead is not a fit?
Each charge has a 48-hour dispute window. Wrong number, out-of-state, duplicate, no actual injury, and similar categories can be filed; approved disputes are credited.
Can I pause or cancel?
There is no annual contract. The remaining deposit balance is refundable, and routing to your firm can be paused on request.
