SafeData is a legal marketing service operated by Nodal Logics Inc. SafeData is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or case evaluations. Any case value estimates are educational and calculator-generated.

3. Use of Service

4. Intellectual Property

SafeData content, branding, and calculator implementations are owned by Nodal Logics Inc. User submissions grant SafeData a limited, non-exclusive license to use the submitted information solely to match the user with attorneys licensed in their state.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in a class action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
