Named marketing partners who may contact you:

• Nodal Logics Inc. — site operator.
• LBM (Boberdoo) — lead buyer; distributes form submissions to licensed attorneys across 49 states + DC + California.
• Mohr Marketing (ED) — California call pilot only.

California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

• Email privacy@safeny.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell”.
• Include your full name, email, and phone number.
• Processing time: up to 10 business days.
• After processing, we will stop sharing your data with lead buyers.

5. Cookies & Tracking

• Essential cookies (session management).
• Analytics cookies (GA4) — you can opt out below.
• Marketing cookies (UTM source tracking).
• We respect the Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signal where feasible.

6. Data Retention

• Lead records: 7 years (legal compliance).
• Opt-out records: retained indefinitely to honor opt-outs.
• Analytics: 26 months (GA4 default).

7. Children’s Privacy

SafeData is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor submitted information, email privacy@safeny.com.

8. Security

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS site-wide).
• Encrypted storage (Supabase-managed).
• Limited access — authorized personnel only.

9. Updates to This Policy
