Highway safety grant applicants must use the eGrants system to apply for and manage grants. In order to use the system, you must be granted access by registering. To register, go to the eGrants Login page and click on the link for new user. Agency staff who are already registered should add additional agency users.
Effective March 1, 2010, all State Agency contracts and purchase orders will contain a "Contract Payment" provision similar to the one below and vendors (grantees) will only receive payment via electronic means. The requirement to include this provision in agency contracts, grants, and purchase agreements may only be waived by the Governor's Counsel's Office where valid and significant concerns exist in the implementation of this requirement. Grantees, have your Fiscal Agent read this important information about the requirement to enroll in the state's electronic payment system.
